Is there any possible way 2 farm Defend North Kryta Province solo in HM with a monk? i searched for a bit but couldnt find 2 much on it.

I can't remember who it was, but someone posted a Mo/N build for farming alot of places in HM. One of those places was farming Titans using Defend North Kryta quest... I also can't find the link, or who made that guide. Maybe someone will know.

don't have the link but wasn't it just a typical 55 SV monk? I don't know the exact build but maybe someone else does.

It's possible to farm them 55ing it using /N with either SS or SV. I prefer SS because they sometimes bunch up but SV is much better at killing the Water Born titans

That guides a tad out of date tbh (try the FoW solo with the WoH buff lol)

But yes the farming of the titans works quite well ^^

This can easely be done with Mo/Me
u can tank the maelstroms

skills: protective spirit, healing breeze, shielding hands, matra of resolve, Shield of Judgement (E), mending, balthazars spirit, escense bond

stats: 16 smiting
13 healing
8 protection
8 divine favor
3 inspiration magic

+5 energy weapon// 20% longer enchantments
-50 hp grim cesta

full radiant armor with 5 superior runes

anyway gl

Keep the quest and its for farming the ele titans that spawn near LA,usefull for ele tomes

That would be very slow since the Earth Born titans mainly cast, the Wind Born are 50% attack/cast. The Water born ones would die quickly though

Only ANet knows the drop rate. That said, don't bother with Defend North Kryta Province for Magma Shields. Instead, go to Nightfall and farm the Titan quest "Holding the Line." http://wiki.guildwars.com/wiki/Holding_the_Line
If you farm in NF, you get Magma Shields with inscriptions, so you can mod to something useful. If you farm in Prophecies, you get whatever drops.

Not sure Magma's still drop there. A thread was bought up from the depths about it a few days back, alot of people seem to belive they have stopped dropping. Could be wrong though.

Yep, did a lot of runs , the chest still spawn but no magma yet , only white magmas shield dropped from titans ¬¬

If the titans drop white magma shield then they should also drop gold version.

Not entirely. The titans drop Magma's yes, probably gold to but the rariety of that would be far to high. It's a chest that spawns, which drops items related to Titans.
